All the art pieces presented on the website with exact pictures and description. If you are unhappy with your art or print for any reason, you are entitled to return it for a full cash refund (excluding shipping) up to 30 days after your order arrives.
In this case the cost of shipping back is covered by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please inform me and send me a picture. I will try to make it good by providing you a refund or similar art piece.
Lifedrawing tickets are not refundable. If you missed the session, write me, I'll give you an opportunity to attend another session for free.
You are entitled to cancel your order (for paintings and prints) within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement.

I will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
For lifedrawings reimbursement is only possible if session is cancelled by me.
